Pre-requisition
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
> 2 years of related work experience with coding for Engineer
> 5 years of related work experience with coding and ability to lead a team for Specialist
Strong problem solving and communication skills, self-driven and long-term strategic thinker
Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and industry trends
Key Responsibilities
Provides support addressing tickets raised for Identity services.
Manage daily operations using runbooks provided by Microsoft Identity & Network Access (IDNA) team.
Tenant provisioning
Account and subscription management
Incident management
Service Monitoring to ensure the stability, performance and security of identity and access management solution.
Follow prescribed security and compliance processes, including cert rotation.
Escalate to Microsoft for issues not resolved through runbooks.
Technical Skill Sets:
Programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Cloud Infrastructure: Azure, AWS
Knowledge of one or more of the following will be an advantage:
Experience with open source tools and frameworks.
