About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Program Manager to lead customer programs from initiation to fulfilment. This role serves as the key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, strong relationships, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and build strong relationships
- Understand customer needs and drive program success
- Manage end-to-end programs to ensure timely delivery and commitment alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet OTD, inventory, and quality targets
- Oversee daily operations, including order fulfilment and shipments
- Analyze demand forecasts, identify risks, and resolve supply constraints
- Track milestones, resolve issues, and ensure on-time project completion
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Manage backlog priorities and adapt to changing customer needs
- Identify opportunities for improvement and business growth
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience (semiconductor preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- PMP certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (macros preferred)
- Knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems is advantageous
