Apa yang akan anda lakukan: Apa yang akan anda lakukan:
Menguruskan set lengkap pasca kontrak (Tuntutan Kemajuan, VO, Akaun Akhir). Mengendalikan dokumentasi, laporan & penyelarasan, Menghadiri lawatan tapak & mesyuarat apabila diperlukan.
Berhubung dengan sub-kontra dan perunding untuk penilaian tender.
Kenal pasti peluang penjimatan kos melalui kejuruteraan nilai.
Keperluan:
Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Ukur Bahan, Pengurusan Pembinaan atau bidang yang berkaitan.
3 hingga 5+ tahun pengalaman dalam bidang ukur bahan.
Kemahiran analitikal dan berangka yang kukuh.
Kebolehan komunikasi dan rundingan yang cemerlang.
Kemahiran dalam perisian yang berkaitan.

We are looking for QS to join our Team! We are currently expanding our team for upcoming Industrial Park / High-Rise projects in KL and JB and need a sharp QS to help us protect the bottom line.
Location: Kuala Lumpur & Johor
Industry: Construction / Surveying
Position: Full-time
What you’ll be doing:
Manage full set post-contract (Progress Claims, VOs, Final Accounts). Handle documentation, reports & coordination, Attend site visits & meetings when required.
Liaise with sub-cons and consultants for tender evaluation.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
3 to 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software.

Data Entry & Accuracy: Updating financial records and accounting systems with high accuracy.
Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and daily financial transactions.
Support Roles: Assisting with payroll processing, tax form preparation, and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
Communication: Responding to vendor, client, or internal inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
Reporting: Preparing basic cash flow reports and financial data for management.
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma in Accounts or Admin or relevant field
Knowledge of SQL system & office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
