Job Description:

• The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for taking and analysing measurements, as well as reviewing tender documentation. He/She will implement procurement strategies and review returned tender documents. He/She reviews cost estimates and cash flow forecasts to communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. He/She manages the complete post-contract administration processes. He/She leads project meetings with customers and supports with dispute resolution matters when required.
