Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Familiar with PropTech solutions and digital property management tools

The successful candidate will oversee financial management, reporting, capital planning, and strategic finance initiatives across a portfolio of real estate assets in Singapore and the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth and decision-making
• Oversee treasury operations, manage cash flow, and plan liquidity across multiple entities to ensure financial stability
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support acquisitions, divestments, asset enhancements, and restructuring initiatives
• Manage relationships with financial institutions to facilitate financing, refinancing, and capital management activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Professional qualifications such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent (advantageous but not essential)
