The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Control the cost of running the Project
• Coordinate with Main Contractor or Client
• Monitor Work Progress and report back to HQ
• Work with QS on Progress Claim
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• With own vehicle prefered.
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project closeout procedures, ensuring proper handover and documentation.

• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
