Job Description

• Prepare and assist shop drawing, detail drawing and as-built drawing using CAD programs.
• Create 3D Concepts and Perspectives, as well as Renderings.
• Prepare drawing requests to meet requirements.
• Assist in tender showrounds and take off quantities/measurements.

- Able to operate of machine, can use construction machine, knowledge of construction safety. Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers , drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring constructin material (concrete, sand, grout & etc...).

- At least 3 years of experience in construction industry. Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Construction Supervisor in the daily execution of work. Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.

- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

- Responsible for all aspects of site safety, proven experience as construction worker, reduce material wasting and cost saving.
