Job Responsibilities:

•  To request quotation from suppliers/sub-contractor and evaluate the proposal as well as negotiate terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies.
• Implementing all aspects of QS services from Pre to Post Contract including submission of progress claim, variation order and completion of Final Account
• To manage and co-ordinate projects related contractual matters.
• Supervise on-site works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and achieve quality aspect.
• Work closely with main-contractors on project progress, deliverables and timeframe.
• Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies and etc.).
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Quantity Surveyor's capability.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 1-5 years of working experience in construction industry or relevant field.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Project Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good knowledge about Facade work.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure workers are using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Compliance Management: Ensure all site activities comply with the Environmental Quality Act 1974 and other relevant environmental laws and regulations.
• EMP Implementation: Execute and monitor the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP).

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in environmental management within the construction or SME industry.
