Job Description:

·                    Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

·                    Process Tenants invoices, payments and staff claims

·                    Perform bank reconciliations

·                    Assist with month-end closing and financial reports

·                    Maintain proper filing of accounting documents

·                    Liaise with auditors, tax agents and banks when required

·                    Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

Requirements:

·                    Minimum 1 year of relevant accountingexperience

·                    GCE “O” or “A” Level; Diploma orequivalent professional certificates

·                    Basic knowledge of accounting principles

·                    Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·                    Experience with accounting software(e.g.,MYOB, Xero or similar) is

·                    an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• To support the day-to-day operations of all lifts under the management of the Town Council, as directed by the Lift Manager and Engineering Executive.
• To coordinate lift testing and maintenance works in compliance with statutory requirements.
• To assist in handling lift and escalator contract matters, including new BTO developments and contract renewals.

Requirements:

• Approved diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or approved certificates with at least 2 years’ relevant experience

• Execute ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks to support the finance department’s operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
