Tanggungjawab Utama
Menyediakan dan memantau kos projek/tapak.
Menganalisis kos projek dan mengenal pasti varians kos.
Sahkan invois pembekal, pesanan pembelian dan pesanan penghantaran.
Menyediakan laporan kos untuk pihak pengurusan.
Pantau kos bahan, buruh dan subkontraktor.
Membantu dalam penutupan akaun bulanan dan penyelarasan akaun.
Menyediakan laporan SST dan membantu dalam penyerahan SST, memastikan pematuhan dengan peraturan terkini.
Mengekalkan rekod perakaunan dan kos yang tepat.
Menyelaras dengan Pengurus Projek, Jurutera Tapak, Jabatan Pembelian dan juruaudit luaran/ejen cukai apabila diperlukan.
Melaksanakan tugas-tugas ad hoc lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
Keperluan
Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Perakaunan, Kewangan atau bidang berkaitan.
Minimum 1–3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan.
Pengalaman dalam industri pembinaan dan pengiraan kos projek/tapak adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.
Pengetahuan tentang penyediaan dan pematuhan SST adalah diutamakan.
Mahir dalam Microsoft Excel dan perisian perakaunan (AutoCount)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant (Site Costing) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor project/site costing.
Analyze project costs and identify cost variances.
Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
Prepare costing reports for management.
Monitor material, labour, and subcontractor costs.
Assist in monthly account closing and account reconciliations.
Prepare SST reports and assist in SST submission, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
Maintain accurate accounting and costing records.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Purchasing Department, and external auditors/tax agents when required.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in the construction industry and project/site costing is an added advantage.
Knowledge of SST preparation and compliance is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (AutoCount)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Untuk memastikan bahan-bahan berkualiti tinggi, kos efektif dan dihantar ke tapak kerja tepat pada masanya bagi memastikan projek berjalan mengikut jadual dan dalam bajet.
Rundingkan harga, jadual penghantaran dan terma pembayaran. Sediakan dan keluarkan Pesanan Pembelian (PO) berdasarkan permintaan bahan dan bajet projek yang diluluskan.
Pantau PO terbuka untuk memastikan penghantaran tepat pada masanya ke tapak kerja, sekali gus mengurangkan kelewatan projek.
Periksa bahan yang diterima dan pastikan ia memenuhi kod bangunan, spesifikasi projek dan piawaian kualiti.
Menyelaras dengan pasukan projek dan juruukur kuantiti untuk memastikan spesifikasi bahan, kualiti dan garis masa dipenuhi.

Kelayakan Pekerjaan:
Minimum Diploma/Ijazah dalam Pengurusan Rantaian Bekalan, Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Ukur Bahan atau bidang berkaitan.
Sekurang-kurangnya 3 hingga 5 tahun pengalaman, sebaik-baiknya dalam pembinaan atau industri berkaitan.
