To lead and manage construction works during operational phase, including system upgrade, modification, and performance improvement activities. The role ensures all design and execution works are delivered safely, accurately, and in compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory standards.

Construction Planning and Execution:

• Manage construction works as per developed project execution plan, schedules, milestones, drawings, technical specifications.
• Address site technical queries, resolve issues, and provide necessary approvals to maintain progress

• Acting as the primary technical interface between client, consultants, and site teams, manages multidisciplinary coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works while proactively mitigating technical risks.
• Responsible for managing all engineering and design-related functions, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance and constructability. The role oversees RFIs, technical clarifications, design changes, and ensures timely approval of shop drawings and materials.
• Leads cross-disciplinary coordination, conducting regular engineering meetings to align deliverables with construction sequencing and utilizing BIM tools to minimize clashes and rework.
