We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer, Property Operations Support (Part-Time/Casual) to assist in the smooth coordination of daily operational activities across Front Office, Sales/Reservations, and F&B. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain exposure to hotel operations in a part-time capacity.

The successful candidate will support operational coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day activities to help improve overall efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth running of Front Office and residence activities.

• Assist with guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery to support a positive guest experience.

• Prepare and update operational reports, logs, checklists, and other basic documentation.

• Support basic F&B operational duties such as setup, replenishment, and simple preparation tasks.

• Assist in maintaining inventory records, including monitoring and ordering of supplies.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, Cluster General Manager, or owner’s representative.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).

• 0–1 year of experience in hospitality, operations, or administrative support; fresh graduates with an interest in hotel operations are welcome.

Job Summary

Manage and lead a team of technicians and contractors to deliver efficient mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services and soft services maintenance. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, oversee compliance with regulations, and ensure service level agreements are met to support seamless facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of in-house technicians, including roster planning, to execute daily building M&E services effectively
• Manage contractors responsible for soft services such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and security to ensure quality and compliance
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective M&E maintenance plans to maintain smooth and efficient facility operations
• Provide technical guidance and advice to the team to resolve site issues promptly and compile fault reports for escalation of major concerns to management
• Oversee subcontractors performing fitting out and reinstatement works for A&A projects, ensuring compliance with authorities’ and building regulations
• Manage minor A&A works related to M&E and facility repair or replacement to maintain building functionality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors, and key stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and engagement
• Monitor and ensure fulfillment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all managed services
• Administer service and term contracts, including conducting cost comparisons and negotiating contract renewals or replacements for building M&E services

Required competencies and certifications

• Facilities management experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Technical expertise in mechanical systems, engineering principles, and air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications for reporting and communication

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will be responsible for developing the commissioning strategy and relevant documentation (i.e., specifications, test plans, checklists, guides) for mechanical or electrical equipment, supporting the APAC region. 

In this role, you will utilize an understanding of data center construction standards, quality control and assurance processes, and commissioning procedures to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, reliable, and efficient data center facilities. You will also support a portfolio of construction projects to ensure the successful implementation of the general construction quality program and reduce cost of poor quality in our construction projects.

• Source commissioning agents, developing strategy and relevant documents (i.e., specifications, test plans, checklists, guides, trainings). Hold necessary cross-functional team reviews and onboarding project stakeholders.
  
• Participate/facilitate vendor meetings to set expectations on commissioning requirements, verify feasibility of strategy and documenting agreements.
  
• Ensure document workflow approval in collaboration with the QCx librarian. Report the quality and commissioning status for the full lifecycle of the construction project.
• Monitor and oversee the implementation of all construction quality and commissioning processes by our project management consultants, general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades, and quality and commissioning agents.
• Identify risks to a project and develop mitigation strategies with the project team. Work and collaborate on regional/global initiatives to improve the construction quality program.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with managing the end-to-end construction project/product lifecycle (e.g., process developments, implementation and improvement).
• 8 years of experience in infrastructure in the operation and construction of data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, power, nuclear, or other 24X7 mission critical facilities.

Job Scope:

• Leads and oversees all engineering, technical, and design coordination activities at the project site.
• This role ensures that engineering deliverables are executed in alignment with project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Acting as the primary technical interface between client, consultants, and site teams, manages multidisciplinary coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works while proactively mitigating technical risks.
• Responsible for managing all engineering and design-related functions, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance and constructability. The role oversees RFIs, technical clarifications, design changes, and ensures timely approval of shop drawings and materials.
