About ISLURP
ISLURP operates a fast-growing network of fresh apple juice vending machines across Singapore. Our machines press real apples on demand — no preservatives, no concentrate, no additives — and we are expanding aggressively across the island. We do NOT franchise, we wholly own the business ourself and our team takes pride in their work.
We are looking for driven, street-smart individuals who know Singapore's property landscape and can source us our next great spots. This is a flexible, contractor-based engagement: you work on your own schedule, with no fixed hours, and earn a fee for every location you bring us that gets signed.
The Role
As a Property Business Development Agent for ISLURP, your job is to find us retail or semi-retail space where we can place a fresh juice vending machine.
The machine has a small footprint (approximately 0.5 to 1 square metre) and requires a standard power socket. You will identify prospective sites, approach landlords or shop owners, negotiate basic rental or licence terms, and we will sign the final agreement with the Landlord.
There is no cap on what you can earn — the more locations you sign, the more you make.
What You Will Do
Scout and identify high-footfall, high-visibility spaces across Singapore suitable for a compact vending machine
Approach landlords, shop owners, property managers, town councils, and other relevant parties to discuss short-term space rental or licence arrangements
Present ISLURP's concept and commercial proposition to prospective landlords in a clear and compelling manner
Negotiate basic terms (monthly rent, space dimensions, power access) and coordinate lease paperwork with the ISLURP team
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective sites and provide regular progress updates
Follow up diligently to move sites from prospect to signed agreement
Locations We Want
We are interested in any and every high-footfall, visible location across Singapore — there are no geographic restrictions. If people pass by it in volume, we want to be there. Priority location types include:
Top Priority Locations
CBD locations are high priority
HDB shophouses: Ground-floor shops under HDB residential blocks
Food court & hawker adjacencies: Any commercial space directly next to, facing, or within the footpath area adjacent to a food court or hawker centre
MRT & bus interchange frontage: Street-facing shops, sheltered walkways, or open areas directly opposite or adjacent to an MRT station or bus interchange
Opposite malls & community centres: Shops or kiosks directly across from or flanking a shopping mall entrance, or facing a community/recreation centre
ANYTHING high visibility - be creative! We’re open to it.
