Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead tender teams for building works projects, overseeing QS inputs, pricing, and submission.
· Manage and develop Junior/Executive/Senior QS.
· Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors for tender clarifications and queries.
· Ensure tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and meet client requirements.
· Develop and implement tender strategies, risk assessments, and pricing approaches.
· Monitor tender pipeline, forecast, and report on tender outcomes.
Requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
· 10+ years of QS experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record in tender management and winning projects.
· Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
· Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam, etc.).
· Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing project, Institutional projects.
· Familiarity with BIM and digital QS tools.
· Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
