• Responsible for the project construction scope of works from commencement to handover, is completed to approved plans and specifications within the schedule, to the required contractual quality, and within the budget related to his remit;

• Responsible for ensuring all construction team members are fully trained and understand the EHS procedures and requirements of individual work activities;

Job Requirements

Overview

The Assistant Contract Manager supports the contract and commercial management of data centre projects, assisting with contract administration, documentation, and compliance across the project lifecycle.
