Key Responsibilities
- Work at Construction Site
- Coordinate and enforce site safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
- Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation.
- Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and training sessions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with preventive measures.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all times.
- Support emergency response planning and drills.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid DOSH / JKKP Yellow Book registration.
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction or finishing trades is highly preferred.
- Good technical knowledge in flooring systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and solve problems on site.
- Possess a valid driving license and able to work at project sites based on schedule.
