Job Scope

Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee renovation works, including hacking and electrical wiring activities. The role involves supervising site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently, and coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities, including renovation, wall hacking, and electrical wiring works
• Ensure all works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and timelines
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure proper workmanship and productivity
• Enforce workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress and site issues
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

Preferred Skills
