Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction estimating/bidding software.
• A degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field.

Job Descriptions:

• To Assist and carry out general administration and office operation functions at the project site.
• To coordinate between the project site and HQ office.
• To manage document control such as filing, scanning, general paperwork, etc.
• Assists in the preparation and compilation of weekly/monthly reports;
• Attend site meeting and verify progress report.
• Assists in the recording of meeting file notes and minutes, 
• Defects data entry and tracking
• Compiles defects report for CCM and management meetings.
• To carry out quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details.
• Supervise, monitor and coordinate all daily site activities and adhere to document control procedure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including approvals, work progress, inspection reports, drawings and other related documentation.
• Any others assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum SPM.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate (MS Office & MS Excel).

Kami sedang mencari Juruukur Bahan (C&S / M&E) yang berpengalaman untuk menyertai pasukan dinamik di Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd di Pulau Pinang. Anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk menguruskan aspek kewangan projek pembinaan, memastikan anggaran kos, penganggaran dan kawalan kos yang tepat.

Apa yang akan anda lakukan

• BQ dan sebut harga untuk projek tersebut.
• Dapatkan Subcon dan pembekal yang lebih berkualiti.
• Kemas kini kos terkini pembekal dan Subcon.
• Lawatan tapak dan kemas kini kemajuan projek untuk setiap projek.
• Menyelaras dan berhubung dengan pembekal atau Subcon untuk sampel harga, dsb.
• Kebolehan untuk mendapatkan bekalan dan sebut harga untuk tender.

Apa yang kami cari

• Latar belakang dalam kemahiran perniagaan, pengurusan, penganggaran dan analisis.
• Celik komputer dan mahir dalam Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Excel dan sebagainya.
• Mahir dalam Projek MS.
• Mampu bekerja secara bebas dengan bimbingan minimum dan di bawah tekanan untuk memenuhi tarikh akhir yang ketat.
• Mempunyai pengetahuan asas tentang perkara-perkara kontraktual.
• Berkeyakinan, proaktif, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, memenuhi tarikh akhir yang ketat, dan mampu menyelesaikan masalah.
• Calon peringkat permulaan boleh dipohon dan akan dipertimbangkan. Mahir menggunakan perisian ukur bahan dan aplikasi MS Office.
