You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with Singapore’s stringent safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, or a related field (recognized by PE Board or BCA).

• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes, PSSCOC (Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract), and BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams on-site.

• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Submit Main Contracts Progress claims with approval from Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, or Project Manager to ensure timely payment processing
• Assist Project Manager and Contracts Managers in managing contractual matters, including variation claims and extension of time (EOT) claims, to mitigate project risks

Primary Objective

Ability to sources for all the cost estimated for the construction projects and prepares quotations and tenders for projects.

Manages a small team of junior Quantity Surveyors.
