We are a growing renovation and construction company based in Singapore, looking for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support our tendering and pre-contract works on a project basis.
Scope of Work:
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings (Architectural / Structural / M&E)
• Prepare and format Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Assist in cost estimation for A&A, dismantling, and reconstruction works
• Source and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Support tender submissions and costing strategy
Project Types:
• Landed properties (A&A works)
• Shophouse renovation / reconstruction
• Dismantling and rebuilding projects
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Singapore construction industry
• Strong knowledge in A&A, structural works, and demolition/rebuild projects
• Familiar with BCA / SCDF requirements
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficient in Excel (essential)
Engagement:
• Freelance / part-time (project basis)
• Flexible working arrangement (remote possible)
• Payment per project or hourly (to be discussed)
Preferred:
• Prior experience with landed or conservation / shophouse projects
• Able to work with small contractor teams
