Job Description:

Project Execution

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and on-site implementation of urban greening projects (e.g., green walls, roof gardens, ecological water systems).
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Contract, Design and Development, and Operation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth site operations.

Job Description

1. Good understanding in drawings and able to conceptualise what details are necessary for a complete set of drawings.
2. Reasonably knowledgeable and experienced in BIM tools including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.

Project Overview

This project aims to develop a real-time blood analysis and diagnostic platform using an integrated microfluidic chip. This platform uses precision microfluidic technology to process and profile the biological activity of white blood cells which is related to a host of inflammatory conditions ranging from diabetes, sepsis to leukemia. The platform developed will enable point-of-care diagnosis of diseases and this project will accelerate the platform from bench to bedside through the development, deployment and testing of clinical samples.

This Engineering position offers a rare opportunity to bridge the gap between laboratory discovery of new technologies and real-world implementation of clinical deployment and testing. 

Responsibilities

The engineer is responsible for the design, prototype, manufacturing and testing of the medical device. This involves the use of with computer-aided design prototyping, setting specifications and assembly of mechnical/electrical components, testing and deployment of device for field testing.

Responsibilties include:

- To work closely with a team of clinical, mechanical/software engineers and data scientist for the medical device design and prototyping. Gather feedbacks on prototype designs by end-users.

- To Validate designs by analysing data gathered from component or system level testing. Use benchmarking techniques to characterise component and device performance.

- To ensure proper documentation of design history files and standardization of data storage for reports, presentations, technical and administrative documents.

- To source for vendors and components to ensure manufacturability and cost of medical device.

Requirements

- Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering with at least 1 years of experience in hardware prototyping and/or microfluidic operations.

1. Strategize, oversee and coordinate the overall quality assurance and quality control processes, including enforcement & inspections activities.

17. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing design, shop, construction and cocoordination drawings are properly recorded, collated and filed.

18. Check the accuracy of all RAOV/RFI to ensure they are recorded, costed and issued appropriately, including all necessary clarification with the QS on the extent of changes.

20. Check and review the Contractor’s site progress in line with the Other Consultant’s instructions. Conduct site meetings with site staff for updates and coordination of works at specified intervals.

21. Ensure that daily activities are recorded and or any other form of records as required to facilitate the works, are properly maintained on site by site staff.

22. Ensure issuance of defects list and monitor/supervision progress of rectification works are executed.

23. Conduct site check in conjunction with the Employer & Project Managers in assessing dispute claims & variation orders by the Contractor, when necessary.

24. Ensure that the Contractor records accurately on drawings, the installation works on site. This is to ensure that the as-built drawings reflect accurately the work that has been done on site.

25. Verify that all constructed works are in accordance with drawings approved by the relevant authorities prior to any such authorities’ inspection.

26. Ensure compliance with widths of all escape routes, stairs, handrails, doors.

27. Ensure compliance to the fire safety standards governed by the Code of Practice for Fire Precautions in Buildings issued by the Singapore Civil Defence Force.

28. Ensure compliance to the relevant Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment as governed by the Building and Construction Authority in Singapore.

29. Assist the Contractor to organise formal inspections required by the relevant Authorities.

30. Ensure that all comments/non-conformance issued by the relevant authorities are addressed and rectified on site within two weeks of receipt.

Required

• Exceptional degree in computer science, computational linguistics, or related.
• 7+ years of related professional experience in software development, cloud solution and microservices.
• Strong programming skills in Java and particularly in-depth practical experience with Spring Boot is a key requirement.
• Knowledge in microservice-based product design, architecture and development. Cloud mindset. Comfortably handle multi-tenant and multi-microservices environments
• Knowledge on open-source cloud frameworks such as OpenStack, Cloudfoundry etc.
• Experience in RESTful implementation, event-driven solution, and container patterns. Familiar to Kafka, Karate and Jmeter, Dynatrace. .
• Experience with cloud-based application development using Docker & Kubernetes
• Experience in building, deploying & managing CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins across multiple hyperscaler environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• Experience in secure software development life cycle, version control and cloud deliveries.

Position Overview: #

In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our hardware team, defining the micro-architecture and executingthe RTL implementation for our next-gen AI engines. You will tackle the industry's toughest challenges: balancing massive throughput with ultra-low latency. You will lead the design of complex datapaths, integrate RISC-Vsubsystems, and push the limits of PPA to deliver world-class silicon.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Translate high-level AI algorithms into robust micro-architecture specifications for high-performance compute engines.
• Core Design: Own the RTL implementation of critical modules, focusing on low-latency and high-throughput datapath optimization.
• Advanced Compute Units: Design and optimize high-efficiency ALU and specialized arithmetic units tailored for AI workloads.
• PPA Mastery: Drive the design through synthesis and timing closure, ensuring the silicon meets aggressive power and area targets.
• Technical Mentorship: Work closely with architecture and software teams to define the hardware-software interface and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications / Requirements: #

• Education: BS/MS/PhD in EE, CS, or related field with 10+ years of deep experience in ASIC Design and successful tape-outs. #
• #Mastery of SystemVerilog/Verilog and a proven track record of designing complex, high-frequency digital logic. 
• Extensive experience in Datapath optimization, including pipeline balancing and advanced handshaking protocols.
• Expert knowledge of high-performance bus protocols and interconnect architectures. Proficiency in scripting (Python, Perl, or C/C++) for automation and modeling.

Preferred Skills:

• GPU/ALU Pedigree: Prior experience in designing GPU shaders, execution units (EUs), or high-performance ALUs. we value your expertise in complex arithmetic pipelines.
• RISC-V Expertise: Deep familiarity with RISC-V cores, custom instruction extensions, or vector processors.
• Leadership DNA: Proven experience as a Technical Lead, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
