How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Execute planning activities, including supply schedules, forecasts, and exception reporting, ensuring supplier commitments meet production demands
- Drive on-time delivery by expediting orders and resolving material shortages
- Handle and close out quality issues, change requests, supplier returns, goods receipts, and invoice discrepancies efficiently
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data while complying with established processes
- Monitor and manage inventory to maintain optimal levels and reduce excess stock
What You Bring:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing and planning, preferably in electronics and mechanical assemblies
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and in a manufacturing environment
