Attend to all daily sub-contractors meeting to discuss daily structure and architectural issues to meet the project target schedule.

The Resident Technical Officer shall report to the Consultant, be responsible for the constant/standing supervision of the construction of Civil & Structural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract.

The Resident Technical Officer is expected to know the Building Control Act (Cap. 29), its relevant by­laws and subsidiary legislation, rules and regulations and its latest revisions, have a working knowledge of the relevant statutory requirements, and comply with all the requirements concerning supervision, quality control and other documentation.
