Job Description
- Deliver timely administrative and operational support to the CEO to facilitate effective leadership and decision-making
- Coordinate and manage CEO’s meetings, schedules, travel plans, and communications to optimize time and priorities
- Track and follow up on action items and ongoing business matters to ensure completion and progress
- Organize and maintain contracts, records, and business documentation to support operational compliance and accessibility
- Support daily business operations by managing administrative tasks that enable smooth workflow and project execution
- Facilitate coordination between project departments and cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and project outcomes
- Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and business partners to maintain productive relationships and service delivery
- Manage ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks as assigned to support dynamic business needs
- Prioritize and multitask responsibilities independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English to support internal and external interactions
- Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility in all assigned duties
- Be available to work on weekends as required to meet business demands
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
