The role is responsible for managing a full spectrum of corporate secretarial services for the firm’s clients, primarily private limited companies. Key responsibilities include handling company incorporations, registration of foreign entities and representative offices, company strike-offs, and other corporate exercises, while ensuring compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and statutory requirements. The incumbent will prepare and maintain statutory records, resolutions, and meeting minutes, coordinate Board and Shareholders’ meetings, and oversee timely statutory filings via the ACRA BizFile+ portal. Your Profile

Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Accountancy, or a related discipline, with SAICSA/CSIS qualifications or candidates currently pursuing the SAICSA programme considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a Singapore corporate secretarial firm, with strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and corporate governance practices.
