Job Description:
We’re looking for an organized and creative Admin Assistant – Designer to assist with design tasks. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and internal teams to create and develop visual materials that align with our brand identity.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management
- Create and update visual content for presentations and internal communications
- Ensure all design materials follow company branding and visual guidelines
- Support sales initiatives with creative visuals materials
- Organize digital assets and maintain a library of company design resources
- Assist with other administrative or creative tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Basic understanding of marketing or branding principles is an advantage
- Experience in administrative support or graphic design roles is preferred
- A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
