Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Manage bookings, payments, and guest records
- Maintain front desk presentation and service standards

- Minimum ‘N’ level
- Candidates with experience in hospitality or customer service will have an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
