Job Summary

Provide administrative and accounting support to the Accounts Department, mainly assisting in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, documentation and general office administration.

Responsibilities

• AP - Assist in processing supplier invoices and supporting documents
• AR - Prepare and issue customer invoices and update payment records
• Accurately input and post accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions into the accounting and ERP systems to maintain financial integrity
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, resolving invoice discrepancies, and organizing financial documents to support accounting operations
• Manage professional correspondence including emails and phone inquiries
• Execute ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / LCCI / Accounting related qualification
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting functions

Preferred competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support accounting and administrative tasks
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment
