主要要求：

● 至少 1-2 年行政、發票、銷售支援、營運支援或相關職位的工作經驗。

● 有使用 SQL 系統、會計軟體、ERP 系統、庫存系統或類似業務系統的經驗。

● 能夠處理發票、送貨單、客戶訂單及相關銷售文件。

● 注重細節，尤其是數字、商品代碼、數量、價格和文件參考資訊。

● 基本了解銷售單據流程，如報價單、出貨單、發票、交貨單、付款單和收據。

● 具備基本的 Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets 技能。

● 能夠與行政、銷售、倉庫和配送團隊進行清楚的溝通。

● 責任心強，做事有條理，能夠遵守既定程序。

● 能夠認真細緻地工作，不擅自更改或走捷徑。

● 能夠在繼續操作之前標記並報告不完整或不清楚的資訊。

優先條件：

● 擁有快速消費品、分銷、貿易、物流、倉儲或批發行業經驗。

● 熟悉 SQL 會計/庫存系統。

● 具備審核收貨單、收貨憑證、發票、收貨證明、付款記錄或庫存移動單據的經驗。

● 能夠準備簡單的管理報告或摘要。

● 能夠適應流程驅動型的工作環境。

Job Description

• Assist with day-to-day operation for the Administration function and duties.
• Assist in office utilities and inventories including pantry.
• Answering phones, managing mail, greeting visitors, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
• Assist in prepared and cleanliness of meeting room including entire office housekeeping
• Acting as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
• Responsible to order and record office stationery.
• Responsible to office machines such as photocopiers and computers. 

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 - 2 year working experience in related field.
• Preferable on candidate has knowledge in Autocount
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Power Point
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player.
