Job Summary

ZhanTech Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and proactive Admin Cum Accountant to support our daily administrative, accounting, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Accounting Software, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain accounts using Tally Accounting Software.

• Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders.

• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Assist with monthly financial reports and accounting documentation.

• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external service providers when required.

Administration

• Manage general office administration and documentation.

• Attend and screen incoming office calls professionally.

• Handle email correspondence and customer follow-ups.

• Maintain filing systems and company records.

• Coordinate office supplies and administrative requirements.

Human Resources

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain employee records and leave administration.

• Support payroll preparation and HR documentation.

• Coordinate staff matters and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.

• Hands-on experience with Tally Accounting Software is mandatory.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Engineering, Construction, or Services industry.
• Familiarity with Singapore accounting and payroll practices.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.

BigIn is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will handle internal accounting tasks while supporting office operations, including:

• Handle daily internal accounting tasks as assigned.
• Check and compare data with invoices/documents to make sure everything is correct.
• Record transactions in the accounting system.
• Track accounts payable.
• Support asset checking and data comparison when needed.
• Keep and organize accounting documents properly.
• Support timesheet tracking and social insurance procedures.

Overview

Responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, financial closing, GST submission, and audit support across church entities.

Responsibilities:

Full Set Accounting

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Perform monthly accounts closing and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Post depreciation entries and maintain fixed asset schedules

GST & Compliance

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns in compliance with IRAS requirements
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions

Banking & Cash Management

• Manage and reconcile 2 sets of accounts:
  Church Account
  Student Care / Education entity
• Maintain and monitor GIRO payments and payables
• Perform regular bank reconciliations

Financial Closing & Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts
• Support variance tracking and reporting

Audit Support

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents
• Liaise with external auditors during audit exercises

Student Care Accounts Handling

• Work with admin team where:
  Admin handles invoicing and receipt issuance
  Finance performs reconciliation in main accounting system
• Ensure proper integration and accuracy between operational records and accounting system

Systems Management

• Maintain and work across accounting systems:
  CMS
  MYOB
• Ensure data accuracy and proper system reconciliation

Administrative Support (Secondary Responsibility)

• Provide basic front-desk support when required (e.g. attending to visitors and calls)
• Assist with preparation of meeting minutes on a roster basis
• Support weekend operations as scheduled

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-set accounting experience
• Hands-on experience in GST submission (Singapore context)
• Experience with MYOB or similar accounting systems
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
