Requirements:

• N/ O level holder
• Prefer some years of relevant experience in marine document control.

• Manage schedule, conferences, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handling out of pocket claim settlement of CEO
• Manage mailings, phone calls, and emails when requested.
• Handle confidential information, documentation and maintain the security of individual records and files
• Translation of documents.
• Support General affairs roll (Keeping stock of office supplies and place Office, etc)
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business or its equivalent.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Prefer to have working experience as secretary
• Proficient writing and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Self-motivated individual and good team player.
• Meticulous, detail oriented, good interpersonal skills, accountable and must be able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Japanese Proficiency: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1) is required due to frequent interaction with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and HQ personnel in Japan.
