Office Administration:
- Standardize and manage daily office operations.
- Responsible for the procurement and management of office supplies and facilities.
- Maintain filing and document management for administrative forms, contracts, and certificates.
- Record administrative expenses and coordinate with the finance department for cost accounting.
Activities and Coordination:
- Assist in organizing company events, such as team building, D&D.
- Coordinate employee activities and distribution of holiday gifts.
C-level Support:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and management team.
- Manage apartments for expatriates.
Ad-hoc:
- Assist with account applications for employees and onboarding/offboarding processes for new employees.
- Draft and publish internal notices and general administrative documents.
- Ad-hocs assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Able to write and speak in Chinese fluently as to communicate well with the stakeholders
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative work experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
