3) Portfolio Growth and Revenue Generation (Farming)

• Own a client book and deliver structured engagement: periodic portfolio reviews, market updates, and proactive rebalancing recommendations.
• Deepen relationships to grow share of wallet, increase AUM, and expand revenue through suitable cross-sell and solutioning.
• Translate CIO views and market opportunities into actionable ideas aligned to client objectives and risk appetite.
• Identify retention risks early and execute recovery plans with high-touch communication and problem solving.

4) Client Experience and Stakeholder Management

• Be the primary point of contact for clients and deliver consistently high service standards across every interaction.
• Partner with the CIO, advisory, operations, and client service teams to deliver holistic advice and fast issue resolution.
• Maintain disciplined client communications and documentation in CRM to ensure continuity, transparency, and follow-through.

5) Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance

• Conduct all activities within the applicable regulatory framework and internal policies (including suitability, documentation, and communication standards).
• Stay current on relevant regulations impacting client interactions, product suitability, and onboarding/KYC requirements.
• Protect the firm’s reputation by demonstrating the highest ethical standards and professional conduct.

6) Team Contribution

• Share best practices and contribute to playbooks, process improvements, and client education initiatives(webinars, briefings, events).
• Provide structured feedback on client needs and platform gaps to improve product, UX, and advisory tooling.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5–8 years’ experience as an RM/ Client Advisor in consumer banking, priority banking, private banking, or EAM, covering affluent to HNW clients.
• Demonstrated AUM/NNM and revenue track record, with strong relationship management and client retention outcomes.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products; able to articulate risk/return trade-offs clearly and responsibly.
• Comfortable working in a digital-first environment and using CRM/workflow tools to run an efficient client book.

Licensing and Certifications

• Relevant Singapore accreditations required for advising/dealing.
• Additional certifications such as CACS are a plus but not mandatory.

The role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Social Key Account Manager for live commerce platforms primarily TikTok and Shopee. You will oversee brand performance, driving success through effective commercial and content strategies, and leveraging new trends and tools.

As the main point of contact, you will create ecommerce strategies and annual plans, focusing on livestreams and short videos. A strong understanding of TikTok trends is crucial for guiding brands in creating impactful content.

The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and an excellent communicator, working closely with internal teams to ensure brand success.

Responsibilities

• Manage Brand Performance: Oversee the end-to-end Live Commerce performance of assigned brands, focusing on achieving NMV/revenue, awareness, and other key goals through effective promotions and content strategies and historical data analysis.
• Develop Growth Plans: Create and implement annual growth plans tailored for Live Commerce, incorporating live streaming and short video content strategies, including BD pitches for potential brand clients.
• Content Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the internal teams to develop a content calendar, brainstorm innovative content ideas, and continuously refine strategies and growth levers based on platform trends and key learnings.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide expert recommendations on strategies, promotions, and content ideas to enhance brand performance.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with TikTok and Shopee’s algorithms, trends, and best practices to optimize content strategies.
• Build Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for brands and platforms, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, affiliate partners, and influencers.
• Collaborate Internally: Work with internal teams like production, merchandising, and performance marketing to ensure aligned strategies and smooth campaign execution.

Who we look for – the ideal profile

• Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate it into annual & monthly activation plans.

• Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, preferably with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, other enablers, or with brands and distributors. 1-2 years of experience in live commerce (livestreaming or short video formats) is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for live commerce trends — staying up to date on what’s relevant and what compelling content looks like.
• Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, with a desire to make an impact and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance enhancement.
