RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Manage Small and Medium Business (SMB) organisations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops.

You will be responsible for conducting operational audits to monitor and evaluate contractor performance. Key duties include:

• Planning the monthly audit schedule and routes.
• Inspecting contractors’ daily work, including area cleanliness, pest control, condition of green spaces, and infrastructure defects (e.g., uneven footpaths, faded road signs).
• Recording and submitting audit findings via the IT system (using laptop and tablet).
• Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
