Junior Executive

關於該職位

品牌行銷主管是至關重要的實戰崗位，負責管理並支持旗下2至4個餐飲和夜生活品牌的日常運作。該職位需與品牌經理和市場總監緊密合作，專注於將策略轉化為執行方案、管理數位管道、協調資源並確保推廣活動的順利進行。

主要職責

行銷活動執行與通路管理

端到端行銷活動管理：協助規劃、開發和執行指定品牌組合的行銷活動、促銷活動和季節性活動。
數位行銷專家：負責指定品牌的社群媒體帳號（貼文、行程、社群管理/客戶服務）、內容策略和數位資產。
聯絡人：作為外部供應商和廠商的主要聯絡人，管理促銷和印刷材料的關係和交付物。
數據分析：協助分析行銷活動成效和社群媒體指標，為優化提供可操作的見解。

內容與活動支持

內容創作支援：與內部設計師/代理商合作，協調行銷材料、視覺效果和內容的創作和交付。
活動/專案管理：管理店內促銷、媒體品嚐活動和夜生活活動的物流方面，確保所有材料（菜單、展示品、公關資料包）按時交付。
預算管理支援：協助品牌經理管理行銷預算，並追蹤促銷品的成本/銷貨成本。

專業與責任感（所有權要求）

責任感和積極性：對分配的任務和截止日期負責。積極主動地提供支持，提出改進建議，並主動推動任務進度。
溝通與期限：確保所有溝通管道都能有效運用。確保各項任務按時完成，並向報告經理提供切實可行、準確有效的最新進度報告。
報告：協助品牌經理準備活動摘要和進度更新，供 WIP 會議使用。
回應性：在工作時間內保持回應，並意識到自己是關鍵執行者，及時回應對團隊交付至關重要。
