1.To drive business growth within the data center industry by developing strong
client relationships, promoting modular data center solutions and value-added
services, and leading sales initiatives in the assigned region. This role
requires strong industry knowledge, strategic insight, and cross-functional
coordination capabilities.
2.Acquire new customers in Data Center space with regards to Telecom Operators,
Hyperscalers and/or Colocation Operators. Anility to engage customers on
solutioning based on business and operational requirements. Develop and
maintain strategic relationships with industry clients in the data center
sector. Identify customer needs, conduct in-depth discussions to explore
solutions, and propose tailored offerings. Drive account development and
retention to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. 3.Promote and sell the
company's modular data center products and services. Manage the full sales
cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals,
and contract documentation.
4.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, operations,
after-sales) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer experience.
Escalate and resolve delivery, quality, or support issues swiftly and
professionally.
Requirements:
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration,
Marketing, or a related field.
2.Business Development, Sales, Engineering, or Technical Management related to
data center or IDC/IT infrastructure industries.
3.Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the data center or
infrastructure solutions industry. Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or
business development experience.
4.Strong understanding of modular data centers, M&E systems, and
value-added services Excellent communication, negotiation, and
relationship-building skills Project coordination and stakeholder management
Market research and strategic analysis Familiarity with CRM systems and sales
analytics Ability to interpret technical drawings and project timelines (e.g.,
Gantt charts)
