Our group started in 1999 in Penang as a company that supports Japanese long stays in Malaysia. In 2003, we became the first Japanese-affiliated agency for long-term stay visas in Malaysia (MM2H), and since then we have obtained more than 2,000 Japanese MM2H visas. As a pioneer company, we have been communicating the appeal of Malaysian real estate since 2007. Initially, information on Malaysia's long stay, study abroad, and real estate was limited, so in 2011, we published ""Malaysia, No. 1 candidate for escape from Japan (Chikuma Shobo Publishing Co Ltd)"" in Japan. This book influenced Japanese Media and many people for a long stay, studied, and investment in Malaysia. In 2013, we started Total Malaysia Real Estate (a real estate site that introduces Malaysian real estate widely), and we have also updated about the points to note about Malaysian real estate.
