Job Description
- Manage contracts between clients, contractors, andsuppliers
- Handle claims, disputes, and variation orders
- Study contract documents / drawings and raise queries forclarifications
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies
- Analyze project drawings and specifications
- Prepare tender documents and Bills of Quantities
- Ensure costs stay within budget
- Provide financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders
- Prepare final accounts after project completion
Requirements
- Bachelor / Diploma Degree In Quantity Surveying
- Have Rebar casting Working Experience
- 3–5 years in construction cost management
- Proficiency in software: Microsoft Excel ,AutoCAD,QStools (e.g., CostX, Cubicost)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flexibility to work extended hours when required.
