Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible for delivering superior client experience through understanding, anticipating and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to Client Advisor.
· Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience;
· Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.;
· Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities;
· Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals;
· Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary;
· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements; and
· Provides coverage for buddy CAAs.
Requirements
· At least 5 years of work experience as CAA
· Experience in private banking industry
· Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
· Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
· Experience in entrepreneurial environments and the flexibility to work in both highly structured corporate settings and less structured start‐up environments
Good to have
· Usage of Bloomberg Terminal
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
