Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the customer support team
• Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests and escalations
• Provide updates on order and shipment status to customers and management
• Improve service processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and issue resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Prepare customer reports and maintain operational documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or senior leadership role
• Experience in machinery, equipment or technical service industry is an advantage
• Able to provide support after office hours when required for urgent customer matters
