What the day will look like

• Drive the negotiation and placement of insurance/reinsurance contracts, producing desktop & market quotations and lead terms, for the Specialty;

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• At least 5 years’ broking experience either in wholesale or retail markets

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Executive to provide end-to-end administrative, scheduling, conference logistics, and communications support to the Programme Chair (PC) of Healthy Longevity Translational Research Programme. The role requires strong ownership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.

A) Scheduling & Meeting Logistics

• Coordinate and manage the PC’s meetings, appointments and calls, including scheduling/rescheduling across multiple stakeholders while factoring priorities, travel time, meeting purpose, and attendees’ preferences.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Support
Support the Director in executing strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the organisation’s mission and objectives.

2. Programme Development
Work closely with the Director to enhance existing mental health programmes and services in response to community needs. Provide support in managing new projects, including initiatives such as the Shaw Tower project and development of new premises.

3. Evaluation and Reporting
Assist in the collection and analysis of data to assess the effectiveness of programmes, services, and project outcomes. Support the preparation and management of both internal and external reports, including claims processing.

4. Budget Planning
Assist the Director in budget planning and management for programmes, ensuring effective resource allocation and monitoring of expenditures.

5. Compliance Support and IT Systems
Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards to maintain service quality. Oversee data management processes and collaborate with vendors to improve IT systems, such as Social 360.

Requirement:
