Job Description:
Supervise Site Activities
• Monitor daily construction activities.
• Ensure workers follow project plans and specifications.
Manage Workers and Subcontractors
• Assign tasks to laborers and sub-contractors.
• Ensure proper workforce coordination and productivity.
Ensure Safety Compliance
• Enforce safety regulations and site rules.
• Conduct safety briefings and inspections.
Quality Control
• Check workmanship and materials
• Ensure construction meets required standards and drawings
Monitor Progress
• Track project progress and deadlines
• Report daily or weekly updates to the project manager
Material and Equipment Management
• Ensure materials are available when needed
• Monitor proper use of tools and machinery
Problem Solving
• Resolve on-site issues such as delays, design conflicts, or labor problems
Documentation
• Maintain site records, attendance, work reports, and incident logs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years site supervision experience
- Experience in plumbing construction is an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage site progress
- Responsible and good communication skills
- Leadership and team management
- Knowledge of construction methods
- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication and reporting skills
- Basic safety and regulatory knowledge
