要求：

• 土木與結構工程學位/文憑。
• 歡迎應屆畢業生申請。
• 將會參與各種不同的項目：高層辦公大樓、飯店和住宅大樓、配套設施（不僅限於倉庫、工廠和醫院）、購物中心，並且至少完成一個從專案啟動到完成的項目，具體完成程度取決於專案的複雜程度。

職責（工程師）：

• 將學習根據專案要求和規範制定微觀工作計劃和施工方案。
• 還將學習識別工種，並能夠按順序執行工作，以確保符合既定的建築規範和所需的質量，並向直接主管報告。
• 提供有關C&S工作範圍的協助/資訊。
• 共同準備工作，以及由後勤、安全、建築、結構、施工經理和專案負責人進行的指導和協調。
• 與客戶和顧問代表聯絡，並根據微觀和整體工作計劃執行工作。
• 準備和審查正在執行和已執行的 C&S 工作，並按照批准的技術規範、施工圖以及 QLassic 和 BuildQAS 的戰略要求進行。
• 依照 PQP 中提供的計劃和 ITP 進行服務和功能的測試和調試。

職責（主管）：

• 每日監測現場活動並依要求更新報告
• 了解材料控制及其正確使用與應用
• 估算所需人力、物資和材料，並向上級提出請購單。
• 遵守所有相關政策、程序和工作指示。
• 要求對所有施工階段（包括臨時支撐工程）進行檢查。
• 與客戶和顧問代表聯絡，安排必要的檢查
• 建築與結構之間的協調工作。
• 與指定的承包商和承包商溝通分包事宜。
• 監督工作進度，確保品質控制符合程序要求。
• 確保工程佈置正確。
• 妥善保存品質保證表/檢驗表/檢查清單的記錄。
