Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all essential stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Manage office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Job Requirements:

• A fresh graduate with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Friendly, approachable, and able to create a positive first impression.
• Good time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

• Sambut dan alukan tetamu sebaik sahaja mereka tiba di pejabat.
• Bimbing pelawat ke orang dan pejabat yang sesuai.
• Jawab, saring dan teruskan panggilan telefon masuk.
• Pastikan ruang penerimaan tetamu kemas dan menarik, dengan semua alat tulis dan bahan penting (contohnya pen, borang dan brosur).
• Memberikan maklumat asas dan tepat secara bersemuka dan melalui telefon/emel.
• Menerima, menyusun dan mengedarkan surat/penghantaran harian.
• Mengurus keselamatan pejabat dengan mengikuti prosedur keselamatan dan mengawal akses melalui kaunter penerimaan tetamu (memantau buku log, mengeluarkan lencana pelawat).
• Memesan bekalan pejabat hadapan dan menyimpan inventori stok.
