This position is designed for a skilled software engineer with deep expertise in manufacturing environments. Acting as a key link to our central department in Germany, you will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into robust software and optimized manufacturing processes. Core Responsibilities

• Hands-On Software Development: Take direct ownership of the practical programming, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical software interfaces, particularly between our MES and SAP systems. 
• Manufacturing Process Conception & Optimization: Leverage your extensive, multi-year manufacturing experience to design, analyze, and continuously optimize material flow and factory control processes.
• Execution of Centralized Goals: In close collaboration with the team in Germany, you will take ownership of strategic goals and be responsible for translating them directly into technical solutions for our global production network.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop/Characterize, validate & verify new process dev for NPI products to successful qualify 
• Design and develop processes to optimize efficient process flow, reduce process or product variability, improve process capability 
• Develop process improvements for high efficiency and cost effectiveness 
• Develop and maintain process optimization and validation programs 
• Evaluate current processes and provide recommendations 
• To review & buyoff process CTQs data, PFMEA, control plan, SPC 
• To work close with design team for new packing/giftbox construction relate to process window/guideline 
• Sustaining production process/assembly engineering management: Yield/Cycle time/production efficiency CIP 
• Cost saving initiative from product and process introduction 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• You will work as SiP (System In Package ) package integration engineer in packaging engineering group. Leads new SiP product development from concept design and qualification to mass production. Generate innovative product concepts and transform them into tangible, market-ready products.
• Work closely with global functional teams in US, India, China, and Taiwan, review feasibility design drawings and propose design options. Collaborate extensively with internal teams, validate design options through characterization builds, perform comprehensive DFx (Design for x) analysis, Product performances , Quality , Cost , Manufacturability and etc, as well as review mechanical and electrical simulations, initiate assembly process flow, and deliver most optimized design for manufacturing with yield and quality.
• Ensuring build readiness, execute package qualification plan, follow up package reliability status, investigate and close failures on time. Monitor assembly and test yield on engineering/customer sample and low volume production builds. Drive yield improvement and manage excursions.
• Lead new product from low volume to high volume production transition with yield and quality meeting goals. Ensure FMEA, SOD, Control Plan, recipe guideline, SPC and other assembly controls are ready prior to high volume production.
• Lead new technology transition (new wafer tech/process/material) from engineering stage to volume production.

• Overall responsibility of Bosch semiconductor product and lead plant-specific simultaneous engineering team consisting of test engineer, process engineers for:
  • achieving quality, cost, delivery targets. Implementation of cost saving measures.
  • achieving yield targets, analyzing conspicuous lots and defining further actions for the lots
• Participation in lead-plant engineering meetings, discussions and stand in for plant specific interests. Reporting on plant specific topics and KPIs regarding products.
• Ensure implementation and coordination of product and process new product releases and related changes.
• Ensure ramp-up / ramp-down of products, including engineering trials and sample production.
• Responsible for Test data analysis, statistical analysis for yield improvement, lot evaluation and evaluation of customer returns. Root cause analysis of failure parts.
• Analysis of issues related to product and test system combinations.
• Issuing concessions, risk assessments, engineering change requests in cooperation with leadplant. Responsible for plant specific product documents.
• In case of quality issues, responsible for implementation of containments, root cause analysis and definition/implementation of corrective actions.
• Participation in Cost Savings Meetings.
• Responsible for the whole process chain of a product.

• Develop and optimize burn-in test procedures for semiconductor devices, components, or systems.
• Support on Designing burn-in boards, fixtures, and test hardware.
• Analyze burn-in data to identify failure trends and root causes.
• Define burn-in conditions (temperature, voltage, duration, stress levels) according to product requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and process issues in burn-in operations.
• Support qualification and reliability testing (HTOL, HAST, temperature cycling, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (JEDEC, MIL-STD, IPC).
• Automate data collection and reporting for yield and reliability analysis.
• Develop, program, and optimize AOI inspection programs for PCB assemblies.
• Set up and maintain AOI equipment (2D/3D inspection systems).
• Analyze defect data and improve detection capability while reducing false rejects.
• Troubleshoot AOI hardware, software, and vision-related issues.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by creating AOI programs and validation plans.
• Monitor AOI performance metrics (FPY, false call rate, escape rate).
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost, cycle time, and failure rates.
• Responsible for pre-acceptance and release machines incl. support in setup, fine tuning, sustaining and maintenance.
• Mechanical, electrical alignment of the equipment according to supplier specification
• First contact person regarding appointments with equipment suppliers and regarding questions of the equipment suppliers. Monitoring of due dates. Technical discussions with supplier, engineering.
• Develop measures to reduce failures, to improve quality and output and to reduce costs together with the engineering
• Support improvement activities: Actively cooperate in improvement projects, bring in suggestions to improve production KPIs, like CT/ Output, Yield/OEE, Budget/Cost, reduce failures (MTBF, MTTR, down times) and improve quality
• Support and train Operators/Technician (as per Work Instruction) and execution of maintenance activities.

This role focuses on managing social media campaigns, creating high-quality content, publishing consistently, engaging online communities, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring the brand to life online. 

The position reports to the Director, Regional Social Lead and partners deeply across the Consumer Business working closely within the Regional and Local Marketing and Sales Teams, and other functions across the company to drive effective and efficient execution.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive, implement and manage social media campaigns with clear objectives, tactics and KPIs across ASEAN to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
• Work closely with regional and local marketing and sales teams, influencers and/or external agency teams to successfully execute social media campaigns and launches.
• Create and manage social media content and strategy for the region, in alignment with brand guidelines and tone-of-voice.
