What you will do

• Arranging appointments with pharmacists and HCPs, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular “cold” calling.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with outlet staff and supporting administrative staff
• Service existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales outlet
• Reaching (and if possible, exceeding) annual sales targets
• Planning work schedules on weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working or discussing future targets with the area sales manager/ sales supervisor. Generally medical sales representatives have their own area of responsibility and plan how and when to target healthcare professionals
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results, reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with healthcare professionals during presentations
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedule, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Maintaining knowledge of new developments, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly
• Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sectors

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive – Outdoor to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• To promote the Company and its products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.
• To meet agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services on a regular basis at budgeted price levels or better.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, market development, handling complaints and termination calls.
• Coordinating with various internal departments in ensuring proper execution and delivering outstanding customer service.
• To update daily sales in system and SOP compliances
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days.
• Attend other work related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
