The Sanitation Cleaner plays an important role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe learning environment for students, parents, teachers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the centre clean and well-maintained at all times. Clean, sweep, and mop offices, classrooms, and common areas.
• Clean cubbies, storage areas, main door entrances, and floor mats.
• Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, and other frequently used surfaces regularly.
• Clean windows, glass doors, fans, and electrical furniture.
• Dispose of rubbish and ensure bins are cleared and sanitised daily.
• Assist in arranging classrooms and furniture when required.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the management.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with ECDA/NEA guidelines.

Skills and Experience

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Able to work independently and responsibly.
• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning duties.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Job Timings (Part-Time Position)

Monday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Overtime

Employees who work more than the stipulated working hours on any day will be paid for any additional hour worked at 1.5 times their hourly basic rate of pay.

Public Holidays

The Centre will remain closed on all public holidays EXCEPT Labour Day and Vesak Day. The board examinations are held in May/June and we are duty bound to our students to remain open on these two public holidays to assist them in their final examination preparation.

The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of the business. The admin team supports teachers, students, and parents to help ensure sessions and office activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to teachers and the team.
• Assist with student records, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
• Monitor and coordinate enquiries from parents and students.
• Support teachers with preparing the materials needed for classes.
• Keep teaching materials organised and up to date.
• Assist with office tasks to support daily operations.

Skills and Experience

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in an administrative or office role is helpful.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Paternity leave :2 weeks (If employee has worked for 3 continuous months and child is a Singapore Citizen) For Others, as per mutual agreement between employee and employer.
• Childcare Leave :6 days (if child is less than 7 years, and a Singapore Citizen) 2 days (if child is less than 7 years, for others, as per Employment Act)
• Compassionate Leave: 3 days (can be availed only once in a year)

The IT & Facilities Officer will be responsible for the daily technology needs of the office and oversee the smooth operation of workplace facilities. This role combines hands-on IT support with responsibility for maintaining a safe and well-functioning office environment.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support

• Support IT infrastructure across hardware, software, and network.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices.
• Provide technical support for IT issues, managing requests from start to resolution.
• Monitor network connectivity and coordinate with vendors if issues arise.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs and procurement.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and assets.

Facilities Management

• Coordinate and inspect maintenance of office facilities including ventilation and air-conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Manage and supervise janitorial staff, technicians, security personnel, and other contractors.
• Ensure workplace safety procedures are followed and that the office complies with building regulations.
• Coordinate office renovations, space layouts, and installation of equipment or fixtures when required.

Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 5 years of relevant in-house IT operations experience.
• Experience in facilities management.
• Strong problem-solving ability and able to handle urgent issues calmly.
• Clear communication skills and comfortable coordinating with staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
