About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President (SVP), Chief Architect & Head of Core Development to lead the design, evolution, and delivery of the company's core technology platforms. This role will serve as the highest technical authority within the engineering organization, responsible for defining enterprise architecture, driving engineering excellence, and leading the development of mission-critical financial infrastructure that powers our payments, digital assets, treasury, card, lending, and embedded finance businesses.

Strategic

• He/she needs to provide and enhance Foreign Exchange (FX) and interest Rates (IR) products, deliver the core value for MUFG bank to our client, assist HOD/DH to build up FX and IR products under AGMD business.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Director to lead site delivery on major projects in Singapore, providing technical oversight, contractor governance, and client-facing leadership. This is a critical role within our Building Services business, responsible for ensuring quality, programme certainty, and successful construction delivery.

As the MEP Site Director/Project Construction Director, will be leading a team of 15-20 Beca staff providing technical QA oversight and progress tracking of the Contractors MEP works. They report to the Beca Project Director and are ultimately responsible for maintaining comprehensive supervision of the Contractors’ technical work, identifying any technical deviations and their resolutions, and tracking progress against the Contractors’ schedule. They will be full time on site working a 5 ½ day week.  They will meet regularly with the Client’s Project Management team to report on work status and help manage technical construction delivery challenges. Together with an Administration staff member and Senior Resident Engineers they will oversee site administrative matters and site staff duties including record keeping, organising overtime and leaving applications to suit the project’s resourcing needs.

1. Oversees and coordinates ecosystem activities for quantum computing and technologies:

1. Supports the Executive Director of the National Quantum Office in developing and executing a go-to-industry strategy that will support the growth of a vibrant quantum ecosystem in Singapore.
2. Leads the National Quantum Office’s response to key companies interested to deepen collaboration on Quantum with our national-level quantum programmes such as the National Quantum Computing Hub, and coordinate with the Singapore’s ecosystem to secure stakeholders’ support.

Under the general guidelines of the Executive Assistant Manager, the Senior Sales Manager / Assistant Director solicits and services transient and group business that enables Mondrian Singapore Duxton to meet and/or exceed set revenue goals.

The Sales department is responsible for selling the hotel and providing a relationship-oriented atmosphere for the client, who would book business into the hotel.  The Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager will have a defined sales territory, market segment(s), accountlist and/or may partner in a job-sharing setting.  Their primary function is to book business from their prospecting and solicitation efforts and respond to inquiries.  Based on assigned territory and market segment, it’s expected that a significant portion of time be devoted to new business development.

How your day looks like:

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication
• Meet or exceed personal sales solicitant on call goals based on a minimum of 5 daily appointments covering existing and prospective accounts
