Job Purpose
The Head, Group Marketing & Branding / Special Project Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and driving EYS Group's marketing and branding strategy across all markets. The incumbent will develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing and branding initiatives that elevate the EYS brand, deepen consumer engagement, and support the Group's business growth agenda. Job Description
1.  Marketing & Brand Strategy

•     Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders —including product, retail, digital, and regional teams — to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.

•     Manage marketing budgets with rigour, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strong return on investment.

•     Track, measure, and report campaign performance using relevant KPIs; apply insights to continuously improve effectiveness.

3.  Strategic Collaborations & Partnerships

•     Identify, develop, and manage strategic collaborations and co-marketing partnerships that amplify EYS's brand and reach.

•     Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders including government agencies, trade associations, healthcare institutions, and co-brand partners.

•     Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements from inception through to activation and performance review.

4.  Special Projects

•     Spearhead high-priority special projects assigned by Group leadership, spanning brand transformation, market entry, digital initiatives, and cross-functional programmes.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Investor Reporting

The successful incumbent will:

Facilities Management

Project Management and Governance

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that impact one or across business, technology, and enterprising to drive project success.
• Manage all aspects of Digital project and program engagement for retail mobile banking platform from planning, resource planning and budget, change management, risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.

The Import Customer Service Manager supports the leadership of the Airfreight Customer Service team, ensuring smooth end-to-end import customer service operations. The role also involves effective stakeholder management, coordinating with internal departments, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Leading, coaching, and supporting the Airfreight Import Customer Service team, ensuring staff manage end-to-end import processes efficiently.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily import activities, including shipment documentation, coordination with carriers, customs compliance, billing, and job closure. Ensure adherence to established processes and service standards.
• Process Support & Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and support initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
