Responsibilities
Team Introduction
The team is responsible for evaluating and strengthening global content safety systems from an adversarial and attacker-minded perspective. We identify policy and product gaps, uncover bypass opportunities and emerging abuse patterns, and drive platform capabilities that improve the effectiveness, explainability, and resilience of moderation and governance systems across regions, languages, and cultural contexts.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall planning, design, and ongoing iteration of safety communication products for both consumers and creators in platform safety governance. Work closely with governance strategy product, data analysis, design, engineering, operations, and other teams to build product solutions around key scenarios such as reporting, transparent delivery of enforcement results, appeals, and user education, while also supporting governance outcomes. Build product solutions that balance user experience, and keep improving users' understanding of and trust in platform rules and decisions.
- Turn regulatory and policy requirements from different regions around the world into product capabilities that are scalable internally, explainable externally, and audit-friendly. Balance compliance requirements, product experience, and system complexity, and keep strengthening regulators' trust in the platform governance system.
- Develop a deep understanding of safety governance goals and logic across different business scenarios, including content, interactions, and monetization. Drive the rollout and optimization of solutions and capabilities across multiple scenarios, and through abstraction and accumulation, build a reusable general configuration platform to improve the efficiency of experience services.
- Based on user feedback, regulatory feedback, and business data, proactively identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement, and continuously improve the end-user experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant experience as an internet product manager.
- Strong empathy for user experience, with experience in consumer-facing products. Able to turn complex governance rules and strategy requirements into clear, understandable, and user-friendly product messaging.
- Solid data analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues, validate hypotheses, and continuously drive product decisions and improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills. Able to influence senior management and cross-functional teams in situations involving multiple stakeholders and complex collaboration, and drive key decisions and high-quality project delivery.

- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently with partners from different functions and cultural backgrounds.
- Highly self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and able to stay engaged and execute well in highly uncertain environments.
