• Memastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan berkanun Malaysia (cukai, SST jika berkenaan).
• Mengendalikan pelaporan entiti Singapura dengan CoSec yang disumber luar, termasuk penyerahan GST dan penyelarasan audit.
• Pastikan dokumentasi dan kesediaan audit yang betul pada setiap masa.

5. Kawalan, Proses & Sistem

• Mengekalkan dan menambah baik kawalan dalaman, prosedur kewangan dan matriks kelulusan.
• Menyelia atau menyelaras penyedia pembukuan/penggajian penyumberan luar jika berkenaan.
• Memastikan integriti dan kawalan data kewangan merentasi sistem (Excel, perisian perakaunan, pemacu kongsi).

6. Sokongan Pengurusan

• Berikan pihak Pengurusan pandangan kewangan yang jelas, bukan sekadar laporan.
• Menyokong proses membuat keputusan pengurusan mengenai penetapan harga, margin, kawalan kos dan pendedahan risiko.
• Menjalankan analisis kewangan ad-hoc dan tugasan khas seperti yang diperlukan.

Summary:

Responsible for managing warehouse operations for wholesale and victualing business, ensuring efficient stock handling, storage, and dispatch. The role will also oversee logistics coordination, while maintaining strict control over inventory accuracy and operational processes. 

Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management 

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch) 
• Ensure proper layout, space utilization, and stock organization 
• Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, and cleanliness 

1. Inventory Control 

• Ensure accurate stock records and system updates 
• Monitor stock movement and minimize losses, damages, and discrepancies 
• Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with finance for reconciliation. 

1. Dispatch & Order Fulfillment 

• Ensure timely and accurate order picking and dispatch 
• Coordinate with sales/divisions for order planning 
• Avoid delays, shortages, and dispatch errors 

1. Coordination 

• Plan and supervise delivery schedules and vehicle utilization 
• Coordinate route planning for efficient distribution 
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues 
• Work with procurement for inward planning and stock availability

• Implement standard procedures for:

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years’ experience in warehouse / distribution / FMCG operations 
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics 
• Experience handling warehouse teams and dispatch operations 
• Strong control and process-oriented mindset 
• Stock accountability, Leadership & Reporting Skills 
• Experience in FIFO, Bin Management, Zoning, Batch Picking, Wave Picking Techniques. 
• Experience in inventory control technique such as cycle counting, stock reconciliation, Material handling optimization.
